Thanks for shopping at Evaparoma, where we meet all your home scenting needs. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here and ready to assist you in making you happy with your purchase.

Returns
If however, you are still not satisfied with your purchase, You will have 30 days to return your purchase from the original receive date. Return eligibility requires an item to be unused, and the exact same condition as was received. That includes color box packaging and all necessary stickers and tags. The return must include a packing slip as proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will thoroughly inspect it. We reserve the right to deny refunds for returns that come back used, damaged, opened, or missing any of the original order contents. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit usually 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost. This cost will not be refunded with the return.
